Who ever was dumping shares over the last few week

Who ever was dumping shares over the last few weeks, has left this with some considerable side effects for the Baltia stock price.  The bid will be slow to rise since so many will sit back and see if they get falling shares...  It appears that the situation of selling shares has slowed to a trickle, so I would expect that bid to rise....  Those bidding will be slow to realize that the opportunities to get the falling shares will be fewer and fewer.... I hope!
