why pnch has downgraded from otcbb to pink sheet and when will be the Q out ?
We have not been downgraded.
What about the Q? Why it's not out on-time? I believe that deadline to deliver the Q to SEC was end of yesterday. I'm shareholder and pnch supporter since long time ago, and looking for some clarifications
