also think of it this way...the SEC did an investigation on CWRN and bob, and found bob guilty...if in fact the money was not going to CWRN but going to just Bob, the SEC would of halted this stock to protect the shareholders...well, we know the stock was not halted so it appears that the money is going where they said it was and this is not a scam!
