A/S is authorized shares, that means that is the maximum amount of shares they are registered to distribute
O/S is outstanding shares, meaning that is the amount of shares left to sale from the already issued shares
Float is the left over shares that arent preferred and locked up by debt holders and owners, they are the shares that are not locked up and are traded freely by people like you and me
R/S, this is the nasty one, a reverse split is a way that a company lowers their A/S and bolsters there share price, so if you had 1000 shares and they did a 2 for 1 R/S, you now own 500 shares and they should be worth double what your 1000 shares were. It seems to never happen this way in penny stocks, generally, a reverse split is death to your account.
I know your deployed and cant get links so i tried to explain it as best i know. If you can go to a site, i suggest Investopedia as a great source for the above info.
Good Luck
