Visisys Holdings Plc announced strategic alliance with Alixir Grid Systems for green buildings. Alixir Grid Systems plan to use Visisys platform to approach Indian Green Building Counsel consist of 1,208 members (96 Founding Members), 1,102 registered buildings, 153 certified buildings and 704.36 million sqft Green building footprint. First target project for implementation by Alixir Grud Systems using Visisys platform is Coastal Oil & Gas Infrastructure which consist of liquid bulk storage terminal facility for its 5.94 MMTPA oil refinery in Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu, about 200 km south of Chennai city. The terminal facility consists of Crude Oil Terminal Facility with cumulative capacity of approx. 1,650,000 KL for storage of crude, intermediates, petroleum products and liquefied gases. The terminal facility is being constructed on 325 acres of land within the refinery complex.
Visisys Holdings Plc intends to replicate its model in new territories in order to tap into new markets, grow sales and capture accounts that require broad coverage. Latin America, which plans to be served from Miami, is one of several areas considered for expansion at this time. Initially the company intends to focus on the restaurant vertical, however other proven verticals will also be approached to diversify and strengthen the company's position. By integrating diverse systems used throughout business operations into a single unified solution, Visisys provides value to customers and differentiates itself from the competition. Hotels, retail, property management and industrial companies are some of the other target verticals.
