My overall opinion is not favorable Junebug.  Perhaps there will be a press release in the morning to shine a better light on things, but right now I am very disappointed.  HIMR has back tracked on their promise to reduce shares.  The spin HIMR management might put on this is that they did reduce Class C shares by conversion to Common Shares, but that is like pouring gasoline on a fire --- it is not helpful to shareholders.
