Very Nice DD.
Just thought i'd let you guys know that the HemaXellerate article on translational medicine...
Well, it was one of the most read articles. Hmm..
Well--- Just a response to some questions...
Dear Meach,
Thank you for your email, let me answer to you what i legally can...as you know the company is public and i can not tell you things that are not in public domain
1. HemaXellerate trial is on the way to approval, but as you saw in the press release, we still need to address some comments from the FDA....trials can take years to complete...you saw the timeline in one of the press releases...so there is no way to have the trial fail if it has not even started
2. The IND number is the number the FDA uses for tracking...why would it be missing a digit???? another IND is 13898 (with company MEDS), this has the same number of digits as 15376.
3. Why would BMSN be mentioend on the FDA site??? please forward to me what you found....when companies file INDs these are all confidential from the FDA perspective...at least that was my knowledge...i would be very curious to know if FDA puts INDs on their site...about patents, you saw the patent from OHSU that the option for was purchased, no? its in the press releases
4. Please elaborate on the lack of transparency....i thought that everything was properly disclosed...for a company to get so much done so quickly...i am quite proud...
5. Next steps are in the press release... trial we hope will begin in Q4, here is link for your convenience http://finance.yahoo.com/news/bio-matrix-scie...00215.html
(a little dated but good still)
