I particularly like this part of the article and sound advice it gives of where to really look for the short numbers to see whats really going on.
That combined with L2 monitoring tells "therealtruth" IMHO !!!
Here is the excerpt ...

While you should check the official report, I recommend that you also look at this site,
OTCShortReport.com and enter the symbol of the stock you are interested in to get an estimate of how the battle between the shorts and the longs is proceeding."
