Gyrotron Technology Inc. Announces 200% Stock Dividend
BENSALEM, PA--(Marketwire -07/05/12)- Gyrotron Technology Inc. (GYTI) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a 200% stock dividend, and in connection therewith subject to shareholder approval, an increase in the number of authorized shares of common stock to 10,000,000 from 25,000,000. After the dividend, shareholders will own three shares of GYTI for each share they currently own. The dividend will be distributed following FINRA approval. The Board believes that the dividend could increase liquidity in the company's shares.
