It seems there is someone on the site of the dark-side who does not know the time or place of the shareholders meeting. I will be happy to buy them some shares and they can request the financials and the time and place for the meeting will be all theirs.
I am going to the meeting and we could meet in the parking lot. Dumb could bring Dumber with him and we could spend a few quality minutes together.
