The Board of Directors proposed on May 9, 2013, a cash dividend in the maximum amount of EUR 0.40 per share. This amount may be reduced, by the board of directors, if the Company's disposable funds are deemed insufficient at this date for its on-going operational needs. The cash dividend will be distributed to all shareholders on August 6, 2013, and will be subject to shareholder approval.
