Keep your ear to the Ground on Baltia Airlines...  If my calculations are correct, they have to be Shoulder deep in Interviews and hiring right now. If they are training in a couple of weeks, they will need to send people... Job Boards may be a good thing to look into... Perhapps they are out there, I remember those climbto350 posts....
