That's not bad. What we learn from those percentages is that there is no technical reason at all for anyone to sell, on whatever time frame.
We have all got used to seeing the bid/ask spread at .0001/.0002, but the likelihood of seeing an upgrade to a higher level is now growing by the day. I believe that, (if and) when that happens, it will have a strong psychological impact. Expectations, even with MMs and prospective first-time buyers, will suddenly move up.
