Just thinking it out loud.  It is an email I sent to Rainbow earlier.   Oh the side note, trading today is weird again.

I can tell you this ... if they PR that the $800K is a done deal and money is to receive on x date, it better happens.

Now if it happens, what will PPS be?  It could well be the news about $800K and someone heard of this few days back or the deal was reached the end of last week or during the weekend.  Those in the known bought up the shares in this cheap range.

If the term is better than last one, how high will pps be?    Like I posted yesterday on the forum that one stock with about exact O/s  649 million, revenue is over $400K a quarter but losing over $300K a quarter... yet trading .009 to .014 in the last few months.  I would expect F3 to be at that range once financial of $800K is received.    With F3's potential (which I think 100x or more than this stock,) I would think F3 will be at .03's in no time.  If FT really gains traction in a hurry, watch out, .10 by the end of the year is highly possible.   Once you have registered users over 3 million watch for a buyout offer.

I figure if 3 million active users and people are buying 2 song a month = $1.8 million for F3.  Say F3 makes net 33% or $600K a month after expenses that is $7.2 million a year.   This is not even include IDS.   With the P/E in this kind of industry, this can demand a lot of premium.   Facebook's PE is 65.

Say we use P/E of 30 = $210 million / 800 million shares = .25 a share.
