Yes Mayhem, I suspect CLIL is William's loophole. If you remember, the ONLY reason William set up this subsidiary was to sidestep Chilean mining laws. Yet, William stated very clearly that he NEVER intended to mine. Instead, he hoped to merge or get bought out by someone with the resources to actually mine. So now one must ask why the need for this subsidiary?
Well, the subsidiary allowed William to play a shell game shuffling ownership back and forth so investors found it difficult to follow, and each time paying himself nicely and very profitably for the monies he invested. I have asked so many times why no one seems interested in all the money William raised in all of his "capital raises" and convertible debt instruments and share sales --- I won't even mention the short selling of MMTE stock.  But no one on IFlop seems interested in that discussion. Presumably, because that discussion exposes raw nerves.
