I have not spoken with Bull since last Fri nite and I have no intention of calling him in the future. Since he says he can't say anything there is no need to call. I will just read his post here. Just to let you know that for each 1 cent rise my profit rises more than you have invested in TECO. So I do want you to get back to breakeven and more. I have said I want all shareholder to make money.
