Merging company, IRIS, trades on the Malaysian stock exchange with a $268 million marketcap.
3.25% of $268 million is 8.71 million dollars and DMPD is now trading at a 1.5 million marketcap.
The earlier poster said 3.25% is a terrible percentage for a merger deal and for most OTC/pik companies that may be so but IRIS does $400 million revenue a year! A little piece of a massive pie sounds good to me!

These numbers give us a base line now of what is on the market.
Also you can see that the new company will own the majority of the shares and percent wise there are very few on the market.
Now this leaves us with a very manageable float.
You can also see that them owning the 96.75% of the shares does allow them to be a champion for the shareholder value as they hold all the shares here.
I think we will see more information very quickly and I also think the company is competing with us on buying these shares as the value is going to go up fast here.
Competition is good as it will help us move the price faster.
The last couple of days of double and triple price have shown the fact that the shares we have listed above are very viable to be all there is.
This will decrease the chance of a quick dip each time this goes up next week as the shares get tighter to buy.
We will see faster ups and less shares now for sale on the way up.
This has shown b=to be true as we had only four now on the ask after the quick dip.

IRIS KOTO IBS is a high speed, fully integrated building system - with pre-fabricated lightweight panels for all parts of the building, including the foundation, walls, ceiling, roofing, columns, and beams. Yet, the system is fully flexible to accommodate third party components.
