Just trying to make sense of this most recent deve

Just trying to make sense of this most recent developing scenario at HLNT. Why make the effort that they made for the annual numbers and then let the ball slip thru there fingers here? Of course with no word from the company,it's all speculation as to what is going on. I'm still trying real hard to like this stock.
