Enviro-Serv, Inc. announces X-Terminate Pest Management hires 45 year veteran Certified Pest Operator
TAMPA, Fla., May 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviro-Serv, Inc. (OTC Pink: EVSV) announced today X-Terminate Pest Management Inc. in its efforts in becoming a new wholly owned subsidiary of Enviro-Serv has retained 45 year Pest Control veteran Gary Cole. The newly formed Florida Corporation is named X-Terminate Pest Management Inc. and will focus on Termite Control, General Pest Control (GHP) and Lawn and Ornamental (L&O) services.
Chris Trina, CEO states, "As previously announced on April 9th, 2013 and most recently in my shareholder update letter, we were interviewing and working diligently in finding the proper fit for the last piece of the puzzle for the re-launch of X-Terminate. Mr. Cole is in fact that perfect fit and I am extremely pleased to have him as the "operator in charge" of this exciting newly formed subsidiary. Mr. Cole brings a wealth of experience to the table and is eager to hit the ground running."
