Not yet but if TECO keeps hitting oil then send the Electrolytes and plenty of Charmin. I bet nobody know that no. 3 and no. 4 could cause a no. 2. What the hell is going on with the drilling in Belize? Have we started drilling or not? 18 months since the big PR and they can't push one out? C'mon chit or get off the pot!
