It sure wouldnt have been profitable to harvest a bunch of timber to have nowhere to sell it. Lumber has doubled, building is on the rise, and lumber companies are opening back up. Himr is in the right place at the right time with the right partners to profit from this. Timing is everything. Banks were to scared to loan money along with investors then and funding is becoming more available now. Things are turning around for himr's market.
