Makes sense to me....all the reasons we have for the stock price to rise are based on opinions and reported observations. Our only venue for getting facts is the quarterly report filings. Not really surprised...just disappointed.
I should add that there was a significant delay between the 1st and 2nd quarterly reports last year....if that means anything
