(OTCQB: PMCM) a fully integrated multimedia entertainment company today announced that, with its ESMG Music Label, it has successfully closed and funded a music production and distribution joint venture with legendary music entrepreneur Joe Isgro and his music production and promotions company, Phoenix 51. The joint venture will provide the ESMG Music Label with the exclusive global distribution of new and original content from double platinum artist V.I.C. ( and his latest hit single "Turn Up"); from double platinum recording artist "Hurricane Chris" and from the new exciting and dynamic artist Jesse Scott. Radio, music video and online social network promotion of these new singles commenced with the objective of positioning their release in alternate months over summer 2013.

Chris Dooley, Jr., professionally known by his stage name "Hurricane Chris" is an American rapper. Chris's debut album , 51/50 Ratchet was released in 2007. The album features his top-ten, RIAA certified Double Platinum hit single "A Bay Bay". Other singles off the hit included "The Hand Clap" and "Playas Rock". Chris's sophomore album , "Unleashed", was released in 2009, containing the hit singles "Halle Berry (She's Fine)" and "Headboard".
