It just depends on the sand or rock we are completed in. With Bull saying that we have a yellowish green oil that says a wet gas sand. The gas is wet and as we bring it out of the sand the pressure will change causing the temperature to change and as it reaches its dewpoint the liquids will fog out just like fog does outside in the air. The pressure will be determined by what driver we are using. I am guessing that we have a Geo-pressured reservoir. The pressure created by the earth pushing inward on the bedrock is what we will use to flow this well. As we deplete the fluids the sand and rock will crush and we will start to see more and more water until it eventually waters out. This is common and to be expected, so goes the life of a Geo-pressured oil well. This is all great for TECO
