The period they are reporting on closed at the end of March. So to answer your question, No. It is not possible they are finalizing something before releasing the report. They could always include a disclaimer at the end noting the exclusion of revenue due to the deal not being finalized - just as they did on the yearly. There is no excuse for being late on reporting a quarterly.
According to the yearly, this report should include at least a portion of the revenue from USA Metals. Those are the numbers I'm most interested in seeing. Also curious what the "Professional Fees" will be and if/how the debts claimed in the latest lawsuit will be itemized.
