This Miguel Santana is not the same Miguel Santana that was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles.

I found these today.

He seems to be a outspoken figure in the Latino community who wants to bring the community to higher standards.  The situation sounds a lot better than I thought.  I still want to see some development on the website though.
