To put it in the vernacular.TP hit it on the head with his comments regarding "Class of drug".Previous chemo drugs are like the WW2 bombing raids..Dropping bombs all over the landscape and hoping some of them take out the enemy but with much collateral damage in the meantime.Tons of bombs to accomplish what a couple of well placed sticks of dynamite could do.
Same here with chemo drugs that act like a shotgun approach killing a wide area to get a small target.
