I'm glad to say that most everyone here also gets it. I wished Bounty Man would come over to the Hangout as he's a sharp one. He definitely gets it as we all do!

THIS IS EXPECTED AND INCREDIBLY GOOD NEWS.
There is some horse@$&% being thrown around here from alternative motivated compensated agendas.
Anybody who knows compliance issues and how to take a dysfunctional past company, clean it up in a specific compliant oxy method would have known and expected this great news.
The May 9th shareholder update stated....
"In summary, I would like to state the immediate goals and focus of the company:
Update Company Financials and take the necessary steps to become a fully reporting OTCQB company.
Leverage relationships with A-list artists, media production capabilities, distribution and monetization platforms and technology to complete co-production agreements with established events, thereby creating multiple revenue streams
Obtain further distribution outlets for live music events and program content.
Complete steps necessary to begin to monetize music library.
I believe that this is truly an exciting time for MPIX and its shareholders. I would also like to reconfirm my commitment to providing consistent updates and transparency to further shareholder understanding of the direction and progress of the Company as we grow. "

When a new management comes in they rightfully concentrate on compiance issues to current status and get the heck off the pink and on to the OTC. They have attacked this masterfully. They have proper accountants and SEC attorneys to clean the past mess up PROPERLY . They are doing that in record time. The CEO has only been here 3 weeks. You find me one pink that has done this properly this fast.
On compliance issues, when you get toward the end of cleanup it is proper to issue a NON-RELIANCE statement. I expected this from the language from shareholder update that said...
"Update Company Financials and take the necessary steps to become a fully reporting OTCQB company."
You then release the corrected past financials and move on to filing for OTCQB.
This is a step that HAD TO TAKE PLACE and shows they are serious and nearing the end of cleanup. This is a great day for MPIX shareholders.
ANY MENTION OF FORMER HISTORY AND IMPROPER FILINGS AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS COMPANY DOES NOT APPLY. THIS IS AN ALL NEW MANAGEMENT AND DOING ALL THE PROPER STEPS TO GET TO THE OTCQB AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. Hip hip hooray. It is the best MPIX shareholders could ever hope for. This management appears to be building a big company and you can't do that and not fix the crap from the past which WAS CAUSED FROM POOR PAST MANAGEMENT .
The only thing this new company has in common with the past is the name, period !!
