Republic of Texas Brands Inc has entered into a  LETTER OF INTENT to acquire Cornerstone Foods, Inc. (Cornerstone), a “Food Service Manufacturer” of meat and poultry products. Cornerstone has developed strategic purchasing methods and is able to purchase raw materials from the largest beef suppliers in the country.  Cornerstone currently sells to wholesalers and retailers such as Bill Miller BBQ in San Antonio, Nolan Ryan Foods, Performance Food Groups (PFG), and Sysco Foods in Dallas and other companies. Cornerstone has sales in excess of $600,000 per month.

Cornerstone is located in Henderson, Texas, and all of their raw materials are cut and processed at their state-of-the-art 25,000 square foot, USDA inspected production facility.  Prior to sale, all RTS products must pass their own quality specifications as the meat is aged to ensure tenderness and flavor.
