TheCEO, William Lieberman never intended to mine lithium, he told me this himself and stated the same in public press releases.  That is why you see no preparation of any kind to begin the process of mining.  Was there ever any kind of actual plan in place?  That is the million dollar question.  If so, a plan for what?    When one looks at William's past, and what he did with the companies he has managed, one must admit that a plan for success is doubtful.  So then one must ask what exactly was the plan --- likely, it was to take as much money as possible from faithful investors and dilute the company to death while enriching himself along the way to the tune of millions.  The quarterly states that William still needs money.  Can you hear that toilet flushing?
