Here is a crazy idea. Not sure it is possible or the legalities but...
Reverse split on shares. 150 for 1. Gets us to $2 dollar range and reduces number of shares. With $2 shares we can maybe sale on a different exchange and get us out of penny land. This could put us in front of new investors and your PR issues would be solved.
Just a thgought. Not sure it is even possible or feasible.
