Although you continue to do a great job of getting the ball rolling and keeping investors informed; it is still a discomfort that TECO management required you to do this and couldn't do it on their own.  That is more evident with the delays in other projects like Belize or LA that should be happening in parallel.  I assume their broke and if their broke its because of too many false starts so no empathy from me.  That CC turned out to be a joke in hindsight and I am more frustrated by the day when Treaty Energy has thankfully turned into Bulls Energy albeit the only way they were going to survive IMO.   How's that X-factor coming?  How are those leased drilling rigs doing?  How is the 10K doing? TRRC report? And then in contrast we have the great progress from TNC, David, and you!  No comparison so I question what the hell are they doing?
