My very quick topline thoughts/speculation on what i considered a few of the most note worthy parts (and I could have misunderstood/missed thigns as my audio was choppy):
- very interesting Dr Holden presented (and did a nice job), I wonder what Leo is tied up with....hmmmmmmm....
- P21 studies in progress, basically it sounds like they want more samples, more quantity of data, i.e. reach statistical significance??
- MTD not reached at Dana Farber, great news to hear as of this morning
- Bologna trial waiting to proceed after MTD is determined at DF
- Prurisol POC trial projected to be completed by end of Q3, lots of talk about Celgene's Apremilast and Prurisol's potency
- a few nice inputs by Dr Menon discussing tox profiles
I need to listen again, missed too much with my audio cutting out. Some outstanding stuff this though from what I did hear!
