WELL SAID!!!!! Before we preform any task we fill out a JSEA(Job Safety Environmental Analysis). We first list the steps it will take to complete the job. 2nd we list the potential hazards we may encounter along the way. 3rd we list the preventive measures needed to prevent danger and or accidents. 4th we list the personnel responsible for each item. Then we discuss in great detail anything that may have been missed. Then we sign the paperwork. All of this is to prevent problems. See we planed how to complete our task so we would not fail. This is an approach we use for simple tasks or even large ones. Proper planning makes it much easier to succeed. I have to give props to Bull and management because it seems that they have been doing some good planning and leading us in the right direction for the last 5 months. Lets keep it up. ROLL TECO ROLL
