Hey GM, I just had a brainstorm. If you were Peter Meier and you had a filing to make plus followed by some really big news, but you had no money in the bank to pay for these, what would you do? Right-get money any way you could to spread to your stockholders the good news you had. Now what if you did not have any good news and were not planning to inform your stockholders of anything, what would you do-right again-nothing! Just let them squirm and not worry about them. So if HIMR diluted shares today to get a few thousand bucks to share some good news with his stockholders, then this is actually GOOD news. Some will say, well, Junebug has gone off the deep end finally, but stop and put yourself in Mr, Meier's shoes and ask yourself what would you do-take a little heat for a short while to do what you thought was right or just sit on your hands and do nothing. I very well may have diluted some of the company's stock, if that is in fact what he did, which we do not know for sure.
