Imperial Resources, Inc.; SWDF Computer Control System Installation

2012-07-18 08:30 ET - News Release

AUSTIN, Texas , July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Imperial Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: IPRC, OTCQB: IPRC) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Imperial Oil & Gas, Inc. (together the "Company", "Imperial") is pleased to announce that the main control panel on the rebuilt Green Tide Salt Water Disposal Facility ("SWDF") is expected to be installed today.

The new control panel will synchronize the control functions and safety systems to interface with the recently installed tank depth sensors. The system will also allow disposal truck drivers entering a unique PIN to effect disposal and identify the customer without assistance from Company personnel and partially automate the billing process. The majority of invoicing administration will be handled remotely to reduce operational overhead.

Testing of the plumbing integrity, pumps and emergency controls is also expected to begin this week directly after installation of the control panel. Once testing has been completed successfully, commercial operations will begin immediately.

The Company is confident it can attract disposal business up to the full operational limit of the SWDF once it is functioning, which the Company believes will provide substantial cashflow.

The on-going work at SWDF can be viewed at the updated photo gallery on the Company's website at: http://www.imperialresourcesinc.com/pages/projects?id=28 .
