LOL, have you guys seen the idiocy that 1-eye is spamming on ihub....
he's saying that the ind number is still invalid and taking only small sections of the entire law to justify his purposes in bashing... ABSOLUTELY NO REALITY to what he is posting, its literally pure fabrication.
He cannot even see the part where that law DIRECTLY relates to ***ONLY*** this is the kicker-- Drugs which are going through development in the FDA. OF COURSE THERE IS NO APPROVAL. THE DRUG ISNT APPROVED, IT HAS 3 STAGES PHASE 1, 2, 3 TO GET THROUGH FIRST!
APPROVAL IMPLIES A DRUG BEING USED BY PATIENTS IN A GENERAL NON TEST ENVIRONMENT, I.E. PERSCRIPTION, HOSPITAL USE. ETC.
Since the law only applies to drugs going through process with the FDA, the FDA can say "WE CANNOT GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION AT ALL ABOUT IT " Due to confidentiality agreements surrounding drugs in production with the FDA..... HERES THE REAL THING************************************************************************************************************************** I ASKED NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT, ONLY ABOUT THE LEGITIMACY OF HEMAXELLERATE. IF HEMAXELLERATE DID NOT EXIST AND WAS NOT AN ENTITY WITHIN THE FDA- THEY WOULD BE FREELY ABLE TO SAY "NO- THIS DOES NOT EXIST AND IT IS FRAUD". INSTEAD THEY PUBLISHED A REPLY CITING LAWS AND REASONS WHY- IF YOU HAVE A LOGICAL INTELLIGENT MIND YOU CAN SEE THAT THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT ONE EYE DOESNT SEE!!!!!!!
ITS NOT ONE-EYED-JACK! ITS HALF-BRAINED JACK!!
THE RED TIDE OF IDIOCY BRINGING THE SHARE PRICE DOWN!
(Btw, this post is in the style of one eye jack's posts, for pure hilarity, but the info is still good)
I am now convinced 1-eyed-jack is a troll, a liar, and does nothing but harm to people and society. He is a bad human being.
EDIT: IMHO
Edit: Here is the original post. He doesn't realize that an unapproved drug is a drug that hasnt gone through ALL of the clinical trials. Don't be a one-eyed-jack kids!
~~~BMSN last ran up on the Bogus FDA IND # that is MISSING a number !!
(IND #'s have 6 Numbers, People, not 5!)
Interesting you can't find that # on the FDA website!!
FDA IND # STILL Unverified!! Read Below!!
Thank you for your recent inquiry to the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) regarding HemaXellerate. Your inquiry has been forwarded to FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research for reply. CBER, one of seven centers within FDA, is responsible for the regulation of many biologically-derived products, including blood intended for transfusion, blood components and derivatives, vaccines, allergenic extracts, and cell, tissue and gene therapy products.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide you with the information you are seeking. Federal regulations (21 CFR 601.50 and 21 CFR 601.51) prohibit FDA from disclosing, or even acknowledging any information regarding unapproved products. You may contact the sponsor or manufacturer directly regarding information about their product.
We hope this information is helpful.
