IMO! We are a small group here but I would expect to receive something in the mail from TECO's legal department concerning any lawsuit filed in the name of all shareholders which includes all insiders. Class action might be the best way to approach it. Majority of any awarded damages go to the attorneys but the costs to the plaintiffs are minimal and we get to aggrevate and possibly teach lessons to the defendants. Any average individuals being sued for $10's to $100's of thousands in damages is just going to file bankruptcy themselves so collecting any monetary damages might be mute in the end anyways. Depending on the nature of the defendants; IMO the lawsuit should be based on principals and not necessarily monetary. On the other hand if this is investigated and it turns out that these characters are working indirectly for hedgefunds or big business then that might get interesting because they have the money to go after. Regardless; it amounts to how much TECO wants to spend on investigations and legal in the pursuit of any interference damages and/or other charges vs how big any damages are likely to come back.
