Steve, are there any assets of Punch that you wish

Steve, are there any assets of Punch that you wish could be transferred to VU Media Corp, i.e. assets that we can't live without? Are we giving up any station licenses? Anything especially valuable in the film library? Would you be able to negotiate directly with producers who may be producing shows for Punch?
