It is just as you described. Collins' attys. kicked Steve out of the co. 10 days ago everyone on this board would argue the night away about how great Punch is. Steve didn't want to go to court and publicly have Punch taken away from him. The same letters from pissed off employees that went public last year and waved off,are now evidence of what a horrible person Collins is. Steve now worries about his fellow man.  This co.(name?) now is in startup mode with another OTA. Hopefully they can find some affiliates who have a decent signal. Punch is the only genre network that has zero affiliates with full transmission power.(Wik) Starting OTA "networks" is a pretty simple deal to do,so expect more of these networks.
