Far be it from TECO to put the cart before the horse. I mean they've never done that before! LMAO! Kaplunk! At least today's PR mentioned "3 weeks" and not focking "soon" again.
I don't know but maybe by the term "commercial" they are planning on diversifying into television advertising and advertising their wells to the investing community using television "commercials"? Other than that I doubt they intended to PR another Belize event i.e. 16mm barrell resevoir or "commercial well" without the self-proclaimed 3 week verification ? I do believe they have a commercial well but why use that term without specific flow rates? I guess the market doesn't care too much so far and as mentioned; I think it will take an 8K or 10Q filing showing the "commercial production rates".
Moving forward TECO set the requirement of "waiting three weeks to verify accurate production rates". How does that requirement translate when using the term "commercial well" in the same PR without knowing the production rates first? I need a TECO dictionary and maybe those can be sold along with the barrells of oil.
