The only information which would not fall under insider information would be are the lights on?. Is there activity in the building? Does everyone look busy and happy? Anything else will not be available to individuals, only to the general stockholders through public disclosure. So if things look good, that is all you have to base your decision on until the company releases a pr or financial statement.
