Dear Dr. Ichim and Mr Koos,

I am an investor in BMSN and have found your contact information through the publication on HemaXellerate.  I have some questions regarding statements made regarding BMSN on the internet and from fellow investors.

1. Many people are claiming the IND # for HemaXellerate to be incorrect due to lacking a digit.   Many in the online community would be happy to have an updated number that is appropriate to the drug (unless I have been mislead- and only with your permission to do so).

2. Are the trials being conducted under another alias?

3. Is HemaXellerate on clinical hold until such a time as information has been amended to FDA satisfaction?

4. Is it a informational amendment to the clinical procedure, or a procedural amendment?  Any links in which you could provide showing the interaction between the FDA and BMSN would be beyond my expectations and incredibly welcomed.

5. What stage is the production of HemaXellerate at currently?  What is being done? What is the next step?

6. After seeing share price fall midst dilution last month, many in the online community are shouting about BMSN having no evidence to legitimize HemaXellerate, that it is a sham.
Of course this is absurd, but it would be nice to have some solid proof to put such claims at ease.  Anything additionally you can provide is welcome.
