I called TRRC- Linda Quarford compiles all paper work
then sends it off to, in this case Cristie Reeves Attorney
Generals Office.
1. Case 08680 PH Barnes Lease Doc 7B-0274801 fine $11,250 plug 7 wells.
2. Case 25394 Ph Barnes Lease Doc 7B-0276424 fine $4,750 plug 2
wells.
Treaty Energy has $50,000 Cash Bond with TRRC, probably enough
to cover all plugging and fines.
In May, 2013 applied to drill, TRCC denied because of above Cases.
Treaty will be required to plug the above wells even though they
did not drill them. The unplugged wells were on the leases that Treaty Energy took over.
Treaty Energy can lift the (639) by repairing the above Cases.
C & C would be required to put up a new $50,000 Bond to start up
drilling in Texas.
If TRRC pluggs the oil wells the waiting time could be seven years.
Yes, Treaty Energy the Lease holder can legally hire another
licensed drilling company in good standings to drill in Texas.
