Thanks for Allowing me to be the first post of today. Good Morning Gang!! It's been a while since I last posted. I hope everyone has been doing great, and feeling great!! I checked the A/D line for the accumulation level and we have crossed the 600 million mark and have been climbing steadily. This is remarkable! I posted comments back on 1-8-13 in regards to the O/S & R/S at this link: http://investorshangout.com/post/471727/I-jus...re-are-the  I noticed on 2-8-13 the exchange of Common shares by several shareholders for shares of a newly created class of Preferred Stock. Would these common shares come out of the R/S or the O/S? The reason I ask is because the link posted above references the R/S at over 900 million. Am I correct to presume the conversion of the 400 million shares will be done much further into the future? Bringing in new Officer's require paying them somehow. I'm very happy to see the progress with this little gem of a company. I believe our MPIX gem to be of diamond quality to say the least. I also agree with Big Tuna about holding shares tight out of the fear of selling MPIX shares and having it take off without us. Consider how far we've come in thirteen trading days? We went from a low of .0052 on 4-24 to where we are today. Going forward looks to be tremendous! As the share price rises due to the accumulation of this stock from revenues that will be generated going forward, MPIX is a long term keeper! For any of you that don't have a Roth IRA with MPIX shares in it, I highly suggest that you get one! It's tax free at 59 & 1/2 years of age. Think about your retirement now. He who hesitates is lost. I wonder if one day they will take this company private? I'm in this for dollars, but pennies must come first!
