Here is the way I look at things:

When was the last time you saw a television network that was going to be in 53 million homes worth a 2-3 cents a share - or a nickel - or even a dime? Right. Me neither. Now, when was the last time you saw a multimedia company that was trading in that range who also happened to own the above television network.  Right again.

I am excited to see the CC deal PR'd  - but I have to be honest with you guys.  I am 10X more excited for the fall.  That's a crapload of homes to be in.  Inevitably there will be a buzz about a few of the shows.  THAT is exposure.  That's when I expect there to be even more investors lining up.  I DO expect peeps to come in once the CC deal is PR'd, but I think that bigger things await us in the fall AND as the airport rollout continues.

In terms of the 8k being released, I am not that concerned with the reaction right now.  If sites have not posted it, if Ihub didn't post in a timely manner, I really dont care.  I look at ICPA as a dam.  People (MM's, bashers, etc) are trying to plug up the holes as much as they can but it's waiting to burst.  But once the MASSIVE exposure occurs - there's nothing anyone can do about it.  53 million homes and >260 airports?  Yeah, good luck stopping that.

I mean - I'm not pumping here.  I'm not stating crazy stuff.  This is all just the info we already know.  Just remind yourself of these things because it makes sense. Don't buy into the BS.  Really really need to be patient here.
