Good Morning,

The last month was very busy here at XsunX. In addition to our continued work with our CIGSolar® technology and sales efforts, we ramped up our efforts to add to our technology and business development resources.

One of our projects was helping a customer prepare the financial presentations for an expansive business plan, focusing on capitalizing on near-term opportunities in the Caribbean region.

With costs for delivered electricity in the Caribbean hovering at $0.37 a kWh, our customer's plan addresses the government's interest of diversifying job markets, increasing employment, and thereby raising the standard of living. This is a great opportunity both for our client and for the people in the Caribbean and we are excited to be part of these plans.

Strengthening Our CIGS Technological and Business Capabilities

With the transition from build-out to start-up, calibration and marketing of our CIGSolar® technology, we have also been looking to strengthen our technology and business development capabilities through the addition of seasoned industry veterans.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. John Tuttle to our scientific and business development staff. Dr. Tuttle is joining as Senior Scientific and Business Advisor and brings over 25 years of thin film and CIGS technology, systems, and business development success to XsunX. His extensive background includes 10+ years with the National Renewable Energy Laboratories (NREL) where, as a senior scientist, his R&D efforts led to multiple patent awards and CIGS PV devise records. Dr. Tuttle's entrepreneurial efforts and comprehensive knowledge of the Cleantech industry are equally extensive.

There will be more to come on Dr. Tuttle's remarkable background in the near future, but we wanted to include a brief update of the good news in this week's newsletter for our valued shareholders.
