We need to go ahead and take action now and file our civil case. We have our targets and I'll get the case filed when back in New Orleans next week. All those that want to participate in this action, PM me.

We don't want our game plan out. We can file now and amend the suit as Bad Faith is found by the Judge. We need to file from New Orleans as we want the Judge to see shareholders are behind the company and stand united against this action. I am fully confident in the outcome.

Speaking to some attorneys already, we'll be asking for a mid six figure number. We already have a case but the Bad Faith will seal the deal.
