In a few months I'll be able to purchase those 100+ acres in Montana. I think I'll higher a few PHD's to help the fencers build that 1 mile or so long perimeter fence 
Perhaps you and Kelt know a few who failed to buy CTIX shares, as you both won't be looking for work with your own PHD's by that time.
