Thank you wer....a little change of heart for Mr. Sanch? I here much talk about the answering of the phone at HTI. IMO HTI staff have their hands full with the potential customers they are currently working with. If they unplugged the phone tomorrow, they would not lose business. Again, IMO, people with large fleets (as stated in Chad's Red Eye Radio Interview) know of the product and are coming to HTI. I don't think having a phone number or website had anything to do with the potential customers they are now working with. Chad obviously uses his cell phone and email address for communicating with real customers. Can you imagine the type of phone calls they get on their landline? It was mentioned during our visit that they receive many emails from people wanting individual units, but, from what I understand, have held off on marketing to the individual consumer at the present time. It may sound odd, but I do not think having a phone number posted on a website for bashers to be calling day in and day out is of a high priority right now.
